Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and cancel Negotiate. On web, go to Profile → Manage Subscription.
How do I restore my purchases?
In the Negotiate app, go to the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 1 case per week with unlimited restarts, voice + chat practice, and AI scoring. Upgrade for unlimited cases and all 4 coaching styles.
My account isn't working. What should I do?
Try signing out and back in. If the issue persists, contact us via the in-app chat or email above.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account, or contact support and we'll remove your data within 30 days.
